Arboricultural Assessments

An Arboricultural Assessment is a technical report often requested by local authorities which determines site-specific effects of proposed developments on adjacent trees.

It identifies trees to be removed and trees to be retained and goes on to highlight the potential conflicts between existing trees and proposed developments.

The point of an Arboricultural Assessment is to identify and mitigate any problems that may arise - an Arboriculturist identifies valuable trees within a close proximity to the construction site and assesses those against potentially damaging construction activities that will take place.
